From the North/South

From the Maine Turnpike (I 95), take Exit 52 (was originally Exit 9) brings you to I 295 Take exit 31-Topsham at the light, go past the Topsham Fair Mall go straight through every set of lights-following signs to Cooks Corner It is 4.5 miles from the Topsham Mall to Cooks Corner go straight at the Cooks Corner Mall light you will be on Rt. 24 Bailey Island is 13 miles from Cooks Corner after you cross the Bailey Island bridge, continue down Rt.24 2.5 miles until the road ends and you are at Land's End.
